Add new job neutron-tempest-plugin-scenario-openvswitch There was missing simple, single node scenario job with openvswitch agent in neutron-tempest-plugin. We have such jobs defined in neutron and tempest repos but those jobs are running tempest tests. This patch proposes similar job but to run tests defined in neutron_tempest_plugin repo.
