Stop disabling TLS for tests The default for almost any deployment is to use TLS now, make sure that our tests are able to run with that. Stop overriding the composite pipeline, the defaults from devstack should work fine and our override broke TLS detection. Change-Id: I5c0ec2f4ca68480fcf49fbd2c61e57ced0a2fa66
