Inspector tests need not provision afterwards Currently our introspection scenario test tries to do a lot in serial; a full node inspection followed by provisioning the node. We should just ensure the node gets back to AVAILABLE and consider that good enough. Change-Id: I8c82bec61ad6a8465a3142b904bc444bca89a967
