A simple standalone test for in-band inspection Redfish is chosen because it is virtually guaranteed to support managed inspection, unlike IPMI which may require a separate PXE setup. Adds support for setting enabled interfaces, which is already relied upon by the iDRAC tests but is not actually implemented.
