Removing obsolete oslosphinx Removing oslosphinx from docs requirements. If any extensions is needed for building docs we should rely on the openstackdocstheme or directly on sphinx modules. Change-Id: I1d9e9f856b28686de1f65c5c4fc951d83dba6b7a
