Test that updating recordset TTL only modifies TTL This is in response to https://review.openstack.org/#/c/350206/ where a regression was introduced that updating a non-records field broke handling of the special records field. Change-Id: I70f779fae77ebf3cb409e5ae960aa13c8a6c9c70
