Hardcode version of yq on 3.3.2 Since version 4,yq uses another syntax, from apt repository focal by default uses 4.x version, bionic uses 3.x version. Related-Prod: PRODX-24471 Change-Id: Idaba434af85c31c887bc5424b8047b720ba5509f
