Use 8G Ram 8Cpu flavor for contexts with 5 workers Contexts with 5 workers are used in nightly runs, which currently suffer from lack of resources in cloud. The full run with 8G Ram 8Cpu flavor showed no performance issues, so it was decided to try to go with this flavor for nightly 5 workers envs. Related-Prod: PRODX-3456 Change-Id: I69847c245f76a0b9467fde70560d9f056cad0664
