Revert "Change bm_availability_zone to nova" This reverts commit d1fa6f1b0550ffc43870ea237243842e0bc60030. Reason for revert: EU cloud team said to return to the BM zone. They have some issues with proper work of VLANs in VM AZ PROD-35843 Change-Id: I719b97b3b8e214a34a3c11b4f73e8229d792fc26
