[SPT] Added network precheck before hw2hw test starts Added network precheck before hw2hw test starts: there is 'networks' parameter in the config. Even if the network is default or not present on the HW nodes, the test started and failed. Added precheck that configured network is really present on all nodes in HW pairs.
