Add powerful generic HTTP methods (2nd try) Proposed methods are more generic than existing ones: * use Jenkins credentials for HTTP authorization * POST and accept any data types, not only JSON * returns both HTTP result and data (as an array[code, text]) Change-Id: I44ad85759250e8c2c3340650fdb89c58501f5692
