Run nova.controller in installOpenstackCompute It is required to map compute node to cell, othervise schedulling will not work for this compute. Since finalize is optional step explicitly call nova.controller state after we applied nova.compute Change-Id: Ib79bb994068784f0268598646939f1ad1e21877a
