Implementation of Calico().buildCalicoContainers() was changed: 1. calico/ctl and calico/node images use different tags since now as their repositories were split in upstream. 2. 'CALICO_VERSION' variable in returned dictionary was replaced by two separated vars: 'CALICO_NODE_VERSION', 'CALICOCTL_VERSION'. This is the part of the adaptation to changes made in upstream repos (PROD-12401). Change-Id: Ib6b3294e7b618cd85c67b4be6c46b04495e61995
