Extend and document Http.restCall better this methods and its siblings (like restGet etc) are useful not only in Salt context, but for working with arbitrary REST JSON APIs. Document those methods better and more consistent. Also add restPut and restPatch shortcuts. Change-Id: I0956e71514d6bc157a8b9de971f2d74739895c92
